2-5-1: CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY TREE BOARD:
There is hereby created and established a city tree board for the city of Plain City, Utah which shall consist of at least three (3) members. The board shall include the building/zoning inspector, the public works director, and the parks director. (Ord. 2013-05, 4-18-2013, eff. 4-19-2013)
