1101.05 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

This Subdivision Ordinance is to guide and facilitate the orderly, beneficial growth of the community by assuring the orderly subdivision of land and its development, and to promote the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare.
