955.01 COUNCIL TO MANAGE PARKS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 735.27, it is hereby provided that the care, supervision and management of all public parks located within the Village shall be the responsibility of Council, and shall be governed by such rules and regulations as are established by that body.
