951.06 HAZARDOUS AND INFECTIOUS WASTE DISPOSAL.

No person shall dispose of any hazardous or infectious waste except to refuse haulers licensed by the Village who hold valid federal and county permits for the disposal of hazardous and/or infectious wastes.
