If one meter is used for a multi-unit user, such as apartments, mobile home trailer parks, or multi-use business structures, the standard minimum rate shall be charged for each individual unit, lot or trailer, or apartment therein to which water is furnished, and the number of minimums added together. Any water used in addition to the minimums shall be charged for at the standard rates. (Ord. 20-98. Passed 11-9-98.)
