Recognizing that there are no industrial users, as defined in 40 CFR 35.905, connected to and/or discharging to the sewer system of the Village at the present time, it is hereby resolved that if, in the future, industrial users do discharge to the Village sewage system an industrial cost recovery system will be established in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
