(a) An annual license tax, at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per annum, on all motor vehicles the district of registration of which is in the Union County portion of the Village is hereby levied upon the operation of motor vehicles upon the public roads or highways, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.06.
(b) An annual license tax, at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per annum, on all motor vehicles the district of registration of which is in the Union County portion of the Village is hereby levied upon the operation of motor vehicles upon the public roads or highways, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.17.
(c) An annual license tax, at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per annum, on all motor vehicles the district of registration of which is in the Union County portion of the Village, is hereby levied upon the operation of motor vehicles upon the public roads or highways, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171.
(d) An annual license tax, at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per annum, on all motor vehicles the district of registration of which is in either the Madison County or the Union County portion of the Village is hereby levied upon the operation of motor vehicles upon the public roads or highways, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171.
