905.01 MAINTENANCE.

(a) Owners and occupants of land or lots abutting on a sidewalk shall cause the sidewalk to be kept open, free of nuisance and unreasonable accumulations of snow or ice.

(b) Owners of land or lots abutting on a sidewalk shall keep the sidewalk in good repair. (Ord. 2-80. Passed 2-25-80.)
