All licenses issued as heretofore set forth shall be subject to the following conditions, and violation of any of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation:
(a) All information provided upon the application shall be true, correct and accurate in every regard;
(b) All business operation under such license shall terminate at dark or 9:30 p.m., whichever is earlier;
(c) The applicant shall operate his business in a safe manner, with a special regard to the health, safety and well being of the residents of the Village, and comply with all ordinances of the Village, and the laws of the State.
