509.08 MINOR’S CURFEW.
   (a)   No minor under the age of sixteen years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, other public places, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (b)   No minor under the age of eighteen years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, other public places, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (c)   The provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care of and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care of and custody of the minor.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Any parent, guardian or person having the legal custody and control of any minor violating this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
