1182.06 REMOVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS.

All yards, courts or lots shall be kept free of debris which may cause a fire hazard or act as a breeding place for vermin or insects, unsightly material not appropriate to the area and/or which have a blighting influence on the area. All trash or debris shall be placed into trash containers suitable for such use. All trash containers shall be stored out of sight from street right-of-way.
