Persons, firms, partnerships, associations or corporations who perform work in the construction trades without obtaining a work permit shall for each and every violation be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, as set forth in Section 501.99
of the Codified Ordinances for each offense. Each day during which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
