The work permit shall have no effect upon licenses which may be otherwise required, or constitute a modification or waiver of any federal, state, county or Village law or regulation, including zoning or building regulations. Work qualifications, bonds, etc., remain subject to negotiation between the property owner or party doing business with the holder of a work permit. The Village makes no recommendation or endorsement of the holder of a work permit by issuing the same, and assumes no liability as to work performed in any respect, shape or form. The work permit shall not be used to influence or attempt to show Village recommendation or endorsement of the holder to others, and any use of it for such purposes shall be just cause for canceling the work permit for thirty days, together with such other action as may be deemed necessary.
