The Ohio Administrative Code 4101:8 - Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings (RCO) and the Ohio Administrative Code 4101:1 - Building Code, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the Village of Plain City, Ohio. Administration and enforcement shall be performed by the West Jefferson Building, Planning and Zoning Department acting pursuant to an agreement between West Jefferson and the Village. Permit and Inspection Fees to offset the costs of administration and enforcement of the RCO and OBC within the Village limits shall be those established from time to time by West Jefferson and shall apply to all administration and enforcement of the RCO and OBC by West Jefferson within the Village.
