Only an owner or occupant of private property containing light trespass from a light may file a complaint with the Village. Within ten (10) working days from the filing of the complaint, the Village Zoning Inspector shall investigate if the light is causing light trespass on private property. If the light is causing light trespass, the Village shall order the owner of the offending light to remedy the light trespass. (Ord. 05-08. Passed 2-25-08.)
