The following criteria applies to parking designated for compact cars and applies to parking lots with more than fifty spaces.
(a) Twenty percent (20%) of the required number of spaces shall be designed for compact cars.
(b) Compact car stalls shall be placed together and parallel to the site perimeter, where feasible.
(c) Compact car stalls shall be designed to be 8 feet by 15 feet.
