Driveways shall have a minimum width of sixteen feet and a maximum width of twenty-six feet including two 3-foot flairs, one on each side, at the curb line. In no case shall the width of the driveway exceed the width of the garage.       (2)   A minimum width of forty feet at the curb line and a maximum width of fifty feet at the curb line, including two 10-foot radii curb returns.
Driveways, exclusive of curb returns, shall be two feet or more from the side lot line and twenty feet or more from another access drive measured at the street right-of-way line. Curb cuts or points of ingress/egress shall be generally restricted to promote traffic safety and limited to one per lot or parcel of land. (Ord. 05-08. Passed 2-25-08.)
