(a) All off-street parking and loading areas including spaces, driveways, aisles and circulation drives shall be concrete, asphaltic concrete, premixed asphalt pavement, blacktop, brick or grass pavers or the equivalent so as to provide a durable and dustless surface. Pervious surface materials may be used for spill over parking. Off-street parking area designs shall be reviewed and approved by the Zoning Inspector prior to issuance of a Zoning Permit.
(b) All off-street parking and loading areas including spaces, driveways, aisles and circulation drives shall be graded and maintained so that water does not unreasonably accumulate on such areas nor flow or drain onto adjacent public or private property. All such surfaced areas shall be maintained free of chuckholes, litter, glass, nails or other dangerous materials.
(c) The stormwater standards and requirements of the Village Subdivision Regulations shall be satisfied and complied with fully. See Chapter 1191.
