1191.21 DUST CONTROL.
   A water truck equipped with suitable sprinkling devices and street-sweeping equipment shall be on-site during periods of dry weather for dust control. Water shall be applied at least 4 times a day to all unpaved surfaces during periods of dry weather to help control the dust. The County Engineer may require additional measures as covered by ODOT CMS 616. Streets shall be swept daily to remove material from paved streets onto which such material has been deposited by trucking, earth-moving, erosion by water, or other means. Evaluations shall be performed during representative, normal working conditions by the contractor. No evaluation shall be necessary if the area is covered with snow, ice, or if precipitation has occurred that is sufficient for dust control. The following information shall be recorded by the contractor for dust control maintenance.
   (a)   The date and reason any required inspection was not performed, including those evaluations that were not performed due to snow and/or ice cover or precipitation.
   (b)   The date of each evaluation where it was determined that it was necessary to implement the control measures.
   (c)   The dates and the type of control measures that were implemented.
