1191.19 MAINTENANCE.

All temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control practices shall be maintained and repaired as needed to assure continued performance of their intended function. The developer will be responsible for such maintenance until the final inspection. For long-term maintenance, see Section 1191.26. (Ord. 05-08. Passed 2-25-08.)
