All storm sewer inlets which are made operable during construction shall be protected so that sediment-laden water will not enter the conveyance system without first being filtered or otherwise treated to remove sediment. Said inlet protection cannot be removed from the inlet until the section of the site surrounding it has been deemed sufficiently stable by the site inspector.
