1191.15 STABILIZATON OF WATERWAYS AND OUTLETS.

All on-site stormwater conveyance channels except roadway ditches shall be designed and constructed to withstand the expected velocity of flow from a ten-year frequency storm without erosion. Stabilization adequate to prevent erosion shall also be provided at the outlet of all pipes and paved channels. (Ord. 05-08. Passed 2-25-08.)
