1184.02 SPECIAL PERMIT REQUIRED.

Within the Municipality, no building, structure or premises shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for any use specified in this chapter unless a Special Permit has been issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
