1149.02 PERMITTED USE.
   Land and buildings in the RS2 Single Family Residential Districts shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (a)    Dwelling Structures. Single-family dwelling structures.
   (b)   Accessory Use. Accessory buildings and uses in association with permitted dwellings as specified in Section 1183.05 .
