(a) All proposed utilities (including, but not limited to, gas, electric, telephone, and CATV cables) shall be located underground throughout the subdivision. Aboveground appurtenances such as electric pad mount transformer boxes, telephone and cable pull boxes, etc., shall be located behind the set-back line. Wherever existing utility facilities are above ground, unless otherwise stipulated by the Village Engineer, they shall be placed underground.
