Lots should be designed so as to accomplish the following:
(a) Each lot shall have access to a public or private street as specified in the Zoning Code.
(b) The depth and width of commercial and industrial lots shall be adequate to provide for the required off-street loading and parking spaces.
(c) Corner lots shall have extra width to permit appropriate building set back from and orientation to both streets. Property line corners shall be rounded by an arc, the minimum radius of which shall be 25 feet.
(d) Double frontage, reverse frontage, and irregularly shaped lots should be avoided.
(e) Lot lines shall be substantially at right angles or radial to street lines.
(f) No lot shall have an average depth which is more than three and one-half (3½) times its average width unless otherwise allowed by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(g) The minimum area and width of all lots shall conform to the area regulations of the zoning district in which the lot is located.
