1117.02 PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE.
   Prior to submission of a preliminary plat, applicant shall submit a Concept Plan to the Zoning Inspector for review. In addition to the Concept Plan, the Zoning Inspector may request other plans and data relative to the proposed development, if needed. This step does not require formal application fee or filing of the plat with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
   After this data is submitted, the Zoning Inspector will arrange and conduct a joint meeting with the Village Engineer, planning staff, and the developer to review these pre-application documents and to acquaint the developer with the Commission's requirements and to familiarize the developer with the comprehensive plan, the thoroughfare plan, the parks and open space plan, the zoning ordinance and the drainage, sewerage and water systems for the Village.
