It shall be unlawful to ride or propel any skateboard, scooter, roller skate or rollerblade within or upon the following areas:
(A) Any privately owned property without the consent of the owner, provided the private property owner posts a sign that prohibits the conduct and references this section. The posting of a sign is not required for this section to apply to single-family residential property.
(B) Any public property if the property owner posts a sign that prohibits the conduct and references this section. (Ord. 1591, 1-14-2003)
