9-8-1-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or use a bicycle propelled wholly or in part by muscular power upon any of the streets or alleys of the city without first obtaining a license which shall be issued by the fire department of the city. (Ord. 1019, 12-12-1972; amd. Ord. 1052, 2-12-1974)
