9-5-4: MARKING OF SPACES ON PAVEMENT:

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter to park any vehicle across any line or marking designated as a parking space or to park the vehicle in such position that the same shall not be entirely within the area so designated by the lines or markings.
