(A) In addition to those specific areas outlined in subsection (B) below, no person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle on any street in the following areas when delineated by red paint on the curb or signage:
1. Within fifteen feet (15') of a fire hydrant except as follows:
(a) If the vehicle is attended by a licensed driver who is seated in the front seat and who can immediately move such vehicle in case of necessity.
(b) If the vehicle is owned or operated by a fire department and is clearly marked as a fire department vehicle.
2. Within three feet (3') of any sidewalk access ramp constructed at or adjacent to a crosswalk or at any other location on a sidewalk so as to be accessible to and useable by the physically disabled, if the area adjoining the ramp is designated by either a sign or red paint.
3. Within ten feet (10') of any driveway or roadway intersection.
4. Any area in which the distance between the curb and the center line of a two (2) lane street or roadway is less than twenty feet (20').
5. In a case where a turn lane exists in addition to the lane of travel, the total area between the left most edge of the turn lane and the curb shall not be less than twenty eight feet (28').
6. There shall be no parking allowed on any street where the area for parking causes the vehicle to cross the fog line, or on those streets where no fog line exists, encroaches into the lane of travel in such a manner as to create an unsafe condition.
(B) There shall be no parking at the following locations on the streets listed below except as otherwise noted herein:
Acacia Way | On the east side from 2903 Acacia Way to a point 125 feet south of the southerly intersection of Bennett Drive. |
On the east side from Bee Street to a point 125 feet south of the southerly intersection of Bennett Drive. | |

Anderson Way | On both sides of the northerly loop. |
