9-2-5: WARNING DEVICES; RESTRICTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person operating any vehicle to use thereon, while traversing any street, any instrument for the purpose of giving a warning which shall produce a sound of an unusually loud, annoying or distressing character, or such that will tend to frighten pedestrians or animals.
