8-16-6: PENALTIES:

Violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction; punishment of which shall be prescribed by subdivision (b) of section 36900 of the Government Code; provided, however, the fines mentioned therein shall be minimum rather than maximum fines. (Ord. 1519, 2-28-1995)
