1-14-6: COUNCIL TO ACT AS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY:
It is hereby found that there is a need for a redevelopment agency to function in the city, and the city council is hereby designated as such redevelopment agency, and all rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities provided for in the community redevelopment law 2 shall be vested in the city council as the redevelopment agency. (Ord. 1319, 4-26-1984)
