Each and every remedy available for the enforcement of this chapter shall be nonexclusive and it is within the discretion of the enforcement agency to seek cumulative remedies, including those specified in title 1, chapter 4A of this code, except that multiple monetary fines or penalties shall not be available for any single violation of this chapter. Moreover, the remedies available to the city pursuant to this chapter shall not limit the right of the city to seek any other remedy that may be available by law. (Ord. 1672, 9-22-2015)
