Any person who violates a provision of this chapter may be subject to administrative, civil, or criminal liability as provided in title 1, chapters 4, 4A, and 4B of this code.
(A) Primary Authority: The enforcement agency is empowered to use any of the provisions of this section through section 7-15-21 of this chapter, and the provisions found in title 1, chapters 4, 4A, and 4B where appropriate to correct violations of, and secure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Warning Not Required: Issuance of a warning shall not be a requirement prior to using any enforcement provision of this chapter. (Ord. 1672, 9-22-2015)
