Any person subject to any individual and/or industrial NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit, SWPPP, and any regulations or ordinances promulgated thereto. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the enforcement agency: a) prior to or as a condition of a subdivision map, site plan, building permit, or development, redevelopment, or improvement plan; b) upon inspection of the facility; c) during any enforcement proceeding or action; or d) for any other reasonable cause at any other time.
