(A) This chapter shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of sections 1-4-1 to 1-4-10 of this code, inclusive, any other enforcement mechanism available to the city under this code and/or applicable law.
(B) Unless otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, the director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1661, 2-25-2014)
