7-14-11: VIOLATION DECLARED A NUISANCE:

Any activity in violation of this chapter that will adversely and seriously affect the public health, safety and welfare, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and may be remedied as provided in this chapter, any other applicable portion of this code or applicable state law.
