7-13-15: RECORD OF COSTS:
The chief of police or his/her designee shall keep an account of costs (including incidental expenses) of abating such nuisance on each separate parcel of land where the work is done, and shall render an itemized report in writing to the responsible party, and as appropriate, the owner of the property. Incidental expenses shall include, but not be limited to, the actual expenses and costs of the city in the preparation of notices, specifications and contracts, and in inspecting the work, the costs of printing, and mailing required hereunder.
