7-11-11: RETALIATION REMEDIES:
Violation of any of the provisions of section 7-11-9 or 7-11-10 of this chapter shall be remedial through civil action filed in a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other appropriate relief. (Ord. 1485, 12-10-1991)
