Any person who violates the prohibitions contained in section 7-11-4 of this chapter and any person who violates section 7-11-8 of this chapter by failing to post the signs or take the other actions required by this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable in the manner hereinafter prescribed: a) a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation, b) a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a second violation of this chapter within one year, c) a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation of this chapter within one year.
