7-11-9: RETALIATION PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for a commercial enterprise, nonprofit entity or city to retaliate against any members of the general public or an employee or applicant for employment of the enterprise, entity or city because such members of the general public, employee or applicant seeks enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1485, 12-10-1991)
