7-8-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who shall knowingly cause or create a nuisance or permit any nuisance to be created or placed upon or to remain upon any premises owned or occupied by him or them is subject to penalty section 1-4-5 of this code. (Ord. 1355, 5-8-1984)
