The FSE and the property owner shall notify the public works department at least sixty (60) days prior to any facility expansion or remodeling, process modifications that may result in new or substantially increased FOG discharges, or a change in the nature of the discharge. The FSE and the property owner shall notify the public works department in writing of the proposed expansion or remodeling and shall submit any information requested by the public works department for evaluation of the effect of such expansion or remodeling on the FSE's FOG discharge to the public sewer system.
