It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any material in a trash can or container which is owned, rented or controlled by a person or firm other than the person making the deposit unless the person depositing the material has been authorized to do so by the person or firm owning, renting or controlling the trash can or container.
Refuse must be in the container and lids must be kept closed at all times.
It shall be unlawful for a person or firm owning or renting the trash container to allow refuse to overflow onto the ground.
It will be unlawful for household garbage to be disposed of in the sidewalk trash containers. (Ord. 1042, 9-11-1973)
