7-2-4: REMOVAL REQUIRED:

Any person who drops, or permits to be dropped, deposited or thrown upon any of the public thoroughfares mentioned in this chapter, any destructive or injurious material shall immediately remove the same or cause the same to be removed. (Ord. 846, 11-17-1960)
