6-1-2: BARBED WIRE AND ELECTRIC FENCES:

Barbed wire fences may be used in RE and R-1A zones where there is actual raising and grazing of livestock. Barbed wire fences are also permitted in C and CG zones where the barbed wire is placed a minimum of six feet (6') aboveground. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any electric fence as a guard to any parking lot or parcel of land. (Ord. 1158, 6-27-1978)
