Each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter may in the discretion of the District Attorney or City Attorney be prosecuted as a misdemeanor and upon conviction be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than twelve (12) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1694, 10-9-2018)
