The amount of any fee, cost or charge imposed pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed a debt to the City of Placerville that is recoverable via an authorized administrative process as set forth in the City ordinance, or in any court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 1694, 10-9-2018)
